Onsite Yoga Produces Staggering Results
Commercial real estate developer, owner and operator BEAM Development is making waves with their forward-thinking approach to office amenities. Based in Portland, Oregon they aren’t afraid to ask tenants what they want & try new things… and tenants are loving it.
Recently they used full-service wellness amenity provider, Zest, to foster tenant community and retention in their iconic Eastside Exchange building.
We started by running a wellness survey to see what kind of programming most tenants would be interested in. After the resounding response was “Yoga!” we kicked off with a super packed yoga class.
Employees from Cascade Energy, Adidas, Welocalize, and Technology Association of Oregon were in attendance. Quantitative results were staggering and the qualitative feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
