Jaime Komer is a Creative Facilitator with an adventurous spirit and an Olympic background as a Professional Water Polo Goalkeeper with Team USA.

Along with the profound learnings from her Olympic journey, Jaime holds over 15 years of expertise in the Health, Well-Being and Self-Empowerment arenas.

Her facilitation and coaching practice supports high performing sports and business professionals, at the junction of wellbeing, authenticity, connection and growth.

Her facilitation style has been described as that of a tremendous listener who creates a space that is still, free of judgment, and thought-provoking.

As a digital nomad family, Jaime lives part-time in the U.S., currently residing in South Africa with her 3 young boys and partner, Matt. You’ll often find her outside in nature, making tasty energy bites, or wild swimming in frigid waters.
