Why is Zest offering this class?
Do you know that yoga originated more than 4,000 years ago? Yoga is a physical activity that consists of maintaining isometric postures, followed by deep breathing and meditation. National Yoga Awareness Month was created by the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (N.C.C.I.H.) to raise awareness of the benefits of yoga -- like mental and physical well-being, less stress, and increased longevity of life.
In support of this mission, Zest offers this event up to free to the community.
Who is this class for?
This 30-minute class is offered free-of-charge for the Zest community of supporters, employees, properties, instructors, friends. Whether it’s your first or 100th class, the foundational postures offered in this complimentary class will support you, wherever you’re at. All are welcome.
Only 100 spots available. Advance registration is required, at the Zoom link below.
