Alesha Hanson

Alesha has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2002. One of her greatest joys is to inspire students to practice from a place of authenticity and respect for their individual bodies and present state of mind. Her classes are taught with clear instruction, thoughtfully crafted and paced to be accessible to all levels. Alesha’s background is rich in communication, anatomy, physiology and dance. She is a 500 hr E-RYT holding additional certifications from Physical Mind Pilates. Alesha currently teaches vinyasa, restorative, yin yoga, and meditation for studios, private and corporate clients. Alesha also enjoys spending time exploring nature with her husband and two teen boys, playing with pets, reading, studying brain science, slow runs in the forest, SUP boarding and skiing.
