A long-time runner, Britany is both a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor, teaching barre, strength training, and HIIT. She brings a unique and contemporary twist to her classes, fusing an element of strength, conditioning and mobility to class while ensuring her clients laugh as hard as they work! Goal oriented, Britany believes success is about hard work and putting in the effort - learning to see challenging moments as an opportunity to grow and move forward. As someone with rheumatoid arthritis, Britany understands that every body is unique and so provides options for every level and need for each client in class. Britany’s focus is helping people to identify their goal and implement the steps to achieve that goal through discipline and control, but most of all having fun!
